Janeshia Adams-Ginyard is an American stunt woman, professional wrestler, and sports radio personality. She was born on February 14th in Los Angeles, CA to pianist/organist Sidney Ginyard and Xerox senior accountant Gwendolyn Adams-Williams. She is half Jamaican. She went to Gahr High School in Cerritos, CA where she excelled in and out of the classroom. She graduated with high-honors, was voted most athletic, holds the school record in the 300m hurdles, was CIF Champion in the 300m hurdles, and was a California State Finalist in the 300m hurdles her senior year. Wanting to go to college and compete in track at a Pac-10 Conference university, Janeshia chose to go to University of California, Berkeley. She graduated with a degree in Linguistics and African-American Studies with an emphasis on Caribbean Culture.After college, Janeshia continued in athletics and joined the 2006-2007 US National Bobsled team as a brakeman. After bobsled, Janeshia continued to succeed, working as an on-air radio personality for Clear Channel San Francisco's 106 KMEL, interviewing top professional athletes, musicians, and nationally headlining comedians. Janeshia is high-energy, self motivated, and always maintains a positive attitude. Knowing that in addition to living her dream of being an on-air radio personality, and becoming a US National athlete, she also wanted to have a career where she could be in front of the camera and use her athletic skills. Janeshia took a leap of faith, left the Bay Area and returned back to her native Los Angeles to pursue a career as a Hollywood stunt woman. Moving back home to Los Angeles was definitely the right decision for her. She was able to live out both her dreams as a stunt woman and career in radio & broadcast.She was a producer on her friend, comedian Michael Colyar's radio show, "The Michael Colyar Morning Show" and had her own sports segment on the show, "Sporting with Lady J". Soon after Janeshia was blessed with her own radio show, "Lady J's Wild World of Sports." The show was an immediate success. Guests included top-notch professionals from the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, stunts, comedians, and actors. Just after six months of being on the air, Janeshia was casted by WOW Women of Wrestling co-owners David McLane and Jeanie Buss to play the character Frost.When not on tour as Frost dishing out choke slams, drop kicks, and reverse chin locks on her competitors in WOW Women of Wrestling, or being set on fire, doing forty-foot high falls, or performing other death-defying stunts, Janeshia can be spotted at most major sporting events and out having fun with her dog, a Long-hair Chihuahua named Kit-Kat.
